The best investment you can make in your business in to invest in yourself. You need to attend trainings, meetups, read and learn as much as possible to be able to be a better leader in your industry. People might say that we are network marketers or in a MLM, but the truth of the matter is we are in the service industry. You can recruit and sign people up for your opportunity all day long but what then? Are you making money if they don’t succeed or don’t do anything with the opportunity they have? No, you’re not. That is why you need to invest in yourself to become a better leader to your teams.

Be of service to them. Guide them, support them, coach them and be there for them when they need assistance. Service to your teams and the market is what is going to build you a lifelong business and income. You will be the go-to person when a new opportunity arises and people need advice you will be the person they look to. This opens the door for so many more possibilities for your business. Once you become that leader and authority in your market and people know who you are you can start offering coaching, trainings, speaking events the possibilities are endless.
